In this circle, we explore the parts of ourselves that strive, protect, avoid, or perform and meet them from the place within that is calm, clear, and compassionate: the True Self.

Through this lens, we begin not with fixing, but with listening, inviting neural integration through gentle awareness, presence, inner relationship, and vulnerable sharing.
