Cancellation Policy

Desert Bhavana Experiential Program – Preparation Call Policy Preparation calls are a vital part of the Experiential Program, designed to orient you to the medicine, establish trust in the container, and begin the process of aligning body, mind, and spirit with your intention. These calls ensure you enter the first session resourced, informed, and supported. Commitment to Preparation Two 45-minute preparation calls are included in your program. These calls are required to proceed with your first session, as they lay the foundation for safety, readiness, and clarity of intention. During the calls, we will explore your relationship with the medicine, discuss possible routes of administration, address safety considerations and contraindications, and begin intention-setting. Scheduling & Attendance Preparation calls must be scheduled and completed prior to the first session date. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust accordingly. Cancellation & Rescheduling Missed or repeatedly rescheduled prep calls without notice may delay or jeopardize your ability to move forward in the program. Calls are included as part of the program and are non-refundable, but we will make every effort to reschedule within the program timeline. By engaging in these calls, you honor the importance of preparation and affirm your commitment to stepping into the program with presence, clarity, and readiness.
