A potent, immersive journey into the body and beyond.

Steve’s voice will be your anchor. He guides every inhale and exhale with power, rhythm, and presence, helping you drop out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body. His breathwork guidance moves through cycles of activation and release, building intensity, then dissolving into stillness. The music, jungle-inspired, raw, and primal, becomes its own medicine. It beats, pulses, and breathes with you, shaking up what is ready to rise.

This breath is strong and intentional. It’s not meant to be easy. But it is meant to MOVE YOU, to shake loose what’s been buried beneath layers of protection, to awaken what’s been waiting quietly underneath.

As the breath deepens, energy begins to flow.

You may feel waves of emotion, vibration, or memory.

This is your system remembering how to let go.

Holly will be there throughout the journey, offering intuitive, grounded touch to help you stay present in your body, safe, supported, and open. Her presence meets each participant where they are, offering reassurance, release, and integration through compassionate contact.

Together, Steve and Holly create a dynamic field of sound, breath, and presence. The experience is both powerful and deeply human, ideal for those new to breathwork and equally profound for seasoned practitioners ready to go deeper.

We close in stillness, allowing the nervous system to integrate, the heart to rest, and the body to settle into peace. The session concludes with space to share, reflect, and reconnect with the community.
