There’s space to breathe, to share, and to be witnessed fully. In a small group, what is spoken doesn’t float past unnoticed, it lands.

And it is held.

In this sacred evening, we explore the parts of ourselves that strive, protect, avoid, or perform and meet them from the place within that is calm, clear, and compassionate: the True Self.

Through this lens, we begin not with fixing, but with listening, inviting neural integration through gentle awareness, presence, and inner relationship.

This is about wholeness.
