Sunday Sadana

Join us at Desert Bhavana for Sunday Sadhana, a serene biweekly meditation session designed to align your body, mind, and spirit. Our sessions, rooted in the ancient Vedic concept of samadhi and the Eight Limbs of Yoga, offer a unique blend of timeless wisdom and contemporary insights. We draw upon various traditions, including Buddhist and other Eastern philosophies, as well as insights from shamanic and psychedelic communities, to create a harmonious and inclusive approach to spiritual growth.

Participation Criteria

Open to community members who have had at least one 1:1 session with us for safety and personalized experience.

In these sessions, you will embark on a journey of profound self-awareness and inner peace. We provide a nurturing environment that respects all traditions, aiming to unify the ancient with the new in a transformative experience. Our program is tailored for those who are deeply committed to their personal and spiritual development, including both experienced practitioners and those open to exploring meditation and yoga in new ways.

Time: 9 AM - 12 PM

Health and Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or medications.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, journal, and pen.

Exchange: $100 contribution in cash.
