This complexity demands that our various internal components—thoughts, emotions, and sensations—communicate and collaborate to produce something greater than the sum of their parts.
This intricate process is akin to how the thinking brain and the feeling brain must interact to generate wisdom, a phenomenon that neither could achieve independently. The journey to wisdom, like the creation of art, cannot be rushed. It requires patience and a safe environment where all parts can work together harmoniously.
