Service Description
Embodied Breath Session Description: We offer a transformative 3-hour group Embodied Breath session. Prior to starting, we dedicate an hour for instructions and queries. The session features emotive music to facilitate deep breathing, inner connection, and expression. I'll lead the participants through varied breath techniques, with an emphasis on letting go rather than sticking to rigid patterns. For every 5 participants, there's one facilitator to provide individualized attention. Consensual healing touch may be introduced on specific body areas. A second facilitator, trained in Reiki, augments the session with healing energy. Intentional breath holds are included to evoke deep emotional responses and energy release. Our practice empowers participants, especially women, to express freely – be it through grief, anger, laughter, or tears. Post-breathwork, the last hour is reserved for group sharing, allowing participants to narrate their experiences and bond. I'm also accessible for private consultations for those desiring personal dialogue. Pricing: Local Retreats (Phoenix metro area): - $60/participant - Additional Reiki facilitator: $20/person Retreats in Flagstaff, Tucson, Sedona, or Prescott: - $60/participant - Travel fee: $100 - Additional Reiki facilitator: $20/person Retreats (listed cities) without on-site accommodations: - $60/participant - Travel fee: dependant on travel costs - Accommodation support: $175 per night - Additional Reiki facilitator: $20/person Prices vary based on location. For retreats outside Phoenix, a $100 travel fee is added. If overnight accommodations aren't provided, there's an extra $175 per night charge. Cancellation Policy
At Desert Bhavana, we understand that schedules can change, and unexpected circumstances may arise. Our goal is to provide flexible solutions while ensuring that we can offer quality service to all our clients. To this end, we have established a clear and considerate cancellation and rescheduling policy for our integration call sessions. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding regarding the following terms: Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests: - To cancel or reschedule your integration call session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. - Requests can be made via desertbhavana@gmail.com, ensuring that you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduled appointment from our team. Cancellation Fee: - A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied to cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice. This fee helps us manage our scheduling and availability for other clients, ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality support to our community. Late Cancellations: - For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, the entire session fee will be absorbed as a late cancellation fee. This policy is in place to compensate for the time that had been allocated for your session, which could have been offered to another client. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
