Service Description

Each week of your integration journey includes a 45-minute Zoom call with Holly and Steve. These calls are a dedicated space to: Reflect on what is arising for you in the days following your sessions. Explore how insights are landing in your body, relationships, and daily life. Receive guidance, tools, and practices to help you navigate reactivations, shifts, or challenges. Anchor the week’s integration theme (Remembering ➝ Living) into your lived experience. Some weeks you may feel called to share a lot, and other weeks less, both are welcome. The calls meet you exactly where you are, offering support, clarity, and presence as you continue to cultivate what began in your sessions.
